Post forming laminates are manufactured in a slightly different way as compared to conventionally produced laminates. How post forming laminates are manufactured:

Laminates made up of three different layers. There are two kinds of paper – core and decorative layered paper. Many layers of core paper and a few layers decorative paper are pressed together to form a single layer. This laminate sheet is soaked into resins and is subject to high temperature and pressure. When the laminates are formed, and are softened by measured heating. This process enhances the resin’s flexibility and reduces stiffness of the material. After the post forming sheets have been treated for higher flexibility, they are shaped and cut into many dimensions.
