Trent Williams is a Vegetarian and convinced other Washington linemen to change

It takes a whole lot of food to get an NFL offensive lineman to stay over 300 lbs, but Trent Williams isn't convinced that must include meat and animal products. After viewing a documentary, the five-time Pro Bowler decided to go vegan and he's convinced some other Washington offensive lineman to join him.
Williams, 29, advised Master Tesfatsion of this Washington Post that Netflix's "What The Health" gave him a better comprehension of the link between disease and diet. The documentary shield Arie Kouandjio to go vegan and undertake Isaiah Williams to commit to a pescatarian diet.
"I am bettering my life," Williams stated. "I ai not [expletive] with this animal product no longer."
They aren't the very first vegan players in the NFL Zone -- Colin Kaepernick is one and the diet was utilized as a dumb excuse for not signing the quarterback -- but keeping up weight may be difficult for an offensive lineman.
Washington tight end Jordan Reed turned vegan before in the offseason, but told Williams he gave it up because he had been losing too much weight. Williams told Tesfatsion he has concerns, but aims to keep his vegan diet in to training camp and then evaluate weight and his choice following the first day or two of practice.
For an offensive linemen camp arranged and paid for by Williams, he also revealed his teammates the worth of yoga.
If his offseason options can improve his drama, Kirk Cousins could be in for comfortable 2017.
