Health & Wellness Community Expo

Hi everyone, Our second annual expo will occur from 10am - 2pm at Agape and will include fitness classes, nutrition & fitness education, health screenings, a cooking demo, a healthy lunch, and for the first time ever -- a basketball tournament....You got game? Each morning we will begin with guided yoga and meditation, followed by an outline of the day's activities. The hotel is located in the beautiful woodland of upstate New Jersey, with many opportunities to enjoy outdoor excursions. This conference will have a variety of workshops covering the topics of, holistic wellness, personal development, how to bring your ideas to life, healing with essential oils, nutrition, and fitness, integrating spirituality into your health and self-care for inner healing.
Participants will get to enjoy an Edible Plants Walk led by Herbalist Jim Furey, Owner of Integrative Herbalism, and take a trip to the NJ Botanical Gardens. As part of the Holistic Wellness Expo will also get to experience a variety of health and wellness services including, massage, energy healing, EFT & Tapping,
