HYDRO-FORMING PRESS

Hydro-Forming Press is a high pressure liquid forming hydraulic press, which is applied to the production of TEE, a type of pipe fittings. This press is making the desired shape of pipe filling high pressure liquid inside the pipe.

Such technology has many strong points such as making lighter products, increasing the strength and reducing the processes, number of parts and molds and is suitable for the production of parts for cars, ships, airplanes, industrial materials, chemical plants and so on.

METAL FORMING PRESS

Metal forming press is used for the production of industrial parts & components by applying various specified processes from the clients, such as Hot Forming, Cold Forming, Deep Drawing, etc. Especially, this press is specialized for the production of "Large Size Pipe Fittings & Pipe components, which are widely used in heavy industries such as Pipe fitting, various plant equipment manufacturing, shipbuilding, aero industry and oil rig industry.

As the moving bolster is installed, heavy raw materials can be mounted easily &quickly and the multi molds can be mounted on one press, which guarantee a high productivity.
