1. Bubbles in the radiator

Open the radiator's cap to check the level of coolant. If you can't see any coolant, top off with water until it is filled to the brim. After that, crank the engine and observe the coolant for a few seconds. If you see bubbles rising to the surface, it's a sign of leakage in head gasket. More bubbles means bigger leakage, and if the coolant is spilling off the radiator's mouth, you have a blown-off head gasket. In that case, the vehicle should not be driven further.

2. Car pulling to one side while driving

This is one of the most ignored signs by car owners, who usually drive on a rough terrain. While you are driving on a straight road, take your hands off the steering wheel and observe the trajectory of your vehicle. If it pulls to the either side, it means that the wheels are not aligned properly. Improper wheel alignment can eat away at your tyres in a couple of weeks or even days, in case you drive more than 20k miles in a day. Get your wheels aligned immediately, lest you will have to purchase new tyres anytime soon.

3. Transmission problems

There are multiple signs that indicate your transmission is edging toward failing. Transmission slipping is one of the obvious signs among others that include rough shifts, delayed engagement and fluid leaks to name a few. Overlooking any of these signs may lead to absolute transmission failure which can cost you a fortune. 4. Fluctuating RPM
