And it is not necessary that only walls be painted with gold-yellow; you can keep a gold-yellow chair in the room or a vase of bloomed sunflowers and it will change the room's appearance to be cheerier. Another great choice of color can be cucumber-green. This color is so pale, that you should use it so as to make it stand out. If you have heavy, dark furniture, this color will draw attention away from the darkness to turn it to bright. You can use it as a temporary color, such as in throw pillows, a vase etc. Even coloring the walls with cucumber-green will give a luminous effect to a room where light doesn't reach much. Plum too can be a good choice to decorate one of your rooms or a corner of the room. But if you choose to paint walls with this color, you should take care of not making the room too dark. Instead, if you choose to have walls in cream and plum accents, your room will stand out with elegance. A throw pillow or two, or a plum sofa chair, or a lamp shade will add to the beauty of the room. There is a lot of scope to your creativity when selecting a color scheme for your rooms.
