Sorry, but I mean water-only! Drink around 8 to 10 cups of water each day or even more should you can.That will be better. That is a lot of water! But, you know what? Consider it or not, water is what you'll dependence on the power in gaining weight that you'll need. Peaceful awesome! As it can cause different health conditions, market less vigor dehydration is bad.
