Both subdivisions offer nice golf course and some lake views and the Players Club membership is optional. Falcons Glen homes make excellent seasonal rental investments, as they can be rented on a weekly basis. Indian Wells villas may be rented 12 times per year for a minimum rental period of 30 days.

Chase Preserve offers attached villa homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,250 SF living area. Many homes have beautiful views of the Flamingo golf course and a small lake. Buyers can find homes for sale under USD 400,000 in these three neighborhoods. Most homes will require the Players Club membership with current dues of USD 4,134 per year. Falcons Glen and Chase Preserve are non-gated neighborhoods.
