Falcons Glen, Chase Preserve and Indian Wells offer some of the least expensive homes for sale in Lely Resort. The homes in Falcons Glen and Indian Wells were built in the late 1990s and offer living areas from 1,500 to 1,900 SF. Both subdivisions offer nice golf course and some lake views and the Players Club membership is optional. Falcons Glen homes make excellent seasonal rental investments, as they can be rented on a weekly basis. Indian Wells villas may be rented 12 times per year for a minimum rental period of 30 days.

Chase Preserve offers attached villa homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,250 SF living area. Many homes have beautiful views of the Flamingo golf course and a small lake. Buyers can find homes for sale under USD 400,000 in these three neighborhoods. Most homes will require the Players Club membership with current dues of USD 4,134 per year. Falcons Glen and Chase Preserve are non-gated neighborhoods.

Stock Development built the attached villas in Lakoya and Moorgate Point. These modern duplex units feature impact windows, pool and spa and floor plans with 2 bedrooms plus den or 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Many villas overlook fairways, most face preserve areas or ponds. Homes in these two neighborhoods are priced between USD 450,000 to USD 520,000 and require the Players Club membership.

Stock also built the single-family homes in Ashton Place, Prestwick Place, Caldecott and some of the homes in Masters Reserve. These subdivisions feature the popular San Remo, Tivoli, Valencia, Sicily and Florence floor plans with living areas from 1,600 to 2,400 SF. Pricing from USD 460,000 to USD 550,000. All homes in the subdivisions – with a few exceptions in Masters Reserve – require the Players Club membership.

Lely Island Estates is also a non-gated neighborhood, where buyers can find homes for sale for less than USD 550,000. Lely Island homes were built by individual builders in the early 1990s through the mid 2000s. Many of them offer larger living areas – 2,200 to 2,500 SF under air – on lots with serene lake or golf course views. Homeowners in Lely Resort may join the Players Club, but don’t have to. They also enjoy some of the lowest HOA fees in Lely Resort.
