Robert Nelms is the Former Coach and Recruiting Coordinator of New Jersey Thunder. He has been with the team for three year and the team has performed exceptionally in the last season, and become the highest scorer team.

Robert Nelms name his Top Ten Coach of Base Ball. He says That “Baseball is a part of life; it has taught me many things, of which important is that failure is a part of life. Even the top player who is really good and experienced, can fail at times”.
