Variable Speed Angle Grinder

The variable speed angle mill is a versatile tool that is present in every metal store. There are some mills that can spin at extremely high rpm, but this is just ideal for cutting. This high speed is not always the optimal level of performance that is needed when using a grinder.

With a tool that has variable speeds in which it can work, it increases the versatility of the tool. Polishing and sanding are mainly for finishing work on the surface of a metal. This is when you need a slower speed. If the speed is too fast, the finish may be adversely affected. This can be seen when an angle grinder is equipped with a polishing pad. If it is not done correctly or is at too high speed, the paint on the metal surface can burn.

A good angle grinder that is variable in speed can rotate as slow as 2500 rpm while still being able to reach a top speed of 11000 rpm. This makes it ideal for grinding to cutting work and all sorts of milling needs in between.

Many users are always prepared for the sudden blocking of discs while a grinder is being used, but this situation is also dangerous. The best angle grinders have a kick back to help prevent any injury in situations like disk jamming occur.

There are two different types of switches to choose the speed you want. The adjustment switch that will make your grinder at a preset speed and the slider switch in which the user has more control over the speed, but are more difficult to reproduce from the use to use. The variable speed angle mill suitable for your specific needs will be determined by the way you need to use it and work by hand.
