Depression for women and men varies because their causes and even the symptoms are different and sometimes worlds apart. Women are more to going depressed than men, this is a fact that many knows. There are many factors that contribute to such state, and it varies from reproductive hormones and then to social pressures and the response to stress.

What Is Depression?


Depression involves the body, the mood, and the thoughts of the person. It affects the way that a person sleeps and eats, the way that a person feels about herself, and the way that a person thinks about certain things. A depression is a disorder, and it should be treated because, without the treatment, the depression will affect the woman's life for days and even weeks or months.

9-Having thoughts of committing suicide

10-Feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness

11-Extreme levels of irritability

12-Aggressive behavior

13-Poor judgment
