THE TYPES OF SPRINKLER SYSTEM

There are basically four types of sprinkler system -1.Wet pipe fire sprinkler system, 2.Dry pipe fire sprinkler system, 3. Pre action fire sprinkler system, 4 Sprinkler Irrigation system. To understand all the sprinkler system deeply we will go one by one.

  1. Wet Pipe Fire Sprinkler system: This is indoor sprinkler systems Springfield IL. It is easy to handle and very much reliable too. In this type of sprinkler system the water get stored under the head of the pipe with a great pressure as and when the sprinkler heads detect heat it start sprinkling water.

However if this type of sprinkler system has the advantage that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have any disadvantage. One of the most important disadvantages of wet pipe fire sprinkler system is that in cold whether the water get freeze into the pipe and it can damage it. It also requires day to day maintenance. One should ensure that there are no leakages in the pipe.

  1. Dry pipe Sprinkler system: Dry pipe fire sprinkler system is most complex. In this type of sprinkler system the water is not stored in the pipes; in place of water the pipe contain air or nitrogen in prepressurized form. A remote valve is fitted in a closed position which doesn’t allow the water to come into the pipe unless it comes into the contact heat as and when it comes into the contact of heat the sprinklers get activated and then starts flows the water. It also requires a maintenance and services

  1. Pre action fire sprinkler system: the concept of this kind of sprinkler system is somehow same as the dry pipe sprinkler system but it has double interlock mechanism one is that the water is kept from piping via electricity. The water is released through the pipe by electronically operated valve. And another one is, It also work as a Dry pipe sprinkler system because it is mechanized in such a way that it also contain a prepressurized air or nitrogen.

  2. Sprinkler irrigation System: This sprinkler system is same is the natural waterfall. The water is pumped to the plant by using pipes and then sprayed onto the crops by rotating sprinkler heads. The main reason of spraying water into rotating sprinklers heads, so that the water break into the smallest droplets and drop onto the ground and which is very important to the soil.

HOW ONE CAN INSTALL SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN Springfield IL:

  1. One should decide the plot where he/ She wants to plant the Sprinkler.

  2. Install the Anti-siphon Valve (It is kind of pin which has been modified to draw water only).

  3. Dig a long, narrow channel for sprinkler system.

  4. Then attach one end of tap to the different- different multiple water access system.

  5. Attach riser using 90 degree connecter.

  6. Level sprinkler head with soil level.

  7. One should ensure the timer control length and the frequency of water.

CONCLUSION

From the overall above discussion it is concluded that Sprinklers system plays and important role whether it is related to fire sprinkler system or related to irrigation sprinkler system. if we talk about the irrigation sprinkler system- it is beneficial for the farmers and on the other hand if we take the fire sprinkler system- it is helpful for early detection of fire and cure in advance.
