Alternating like this will allow the tired muscle groups to rest while you work on the other groups. You will be able to workout more efficiently and exercise more than one muscle at a time. Muscle building does not mean that you need to get completely ripped. Many routines will tone your muscles without bulking up. Adding a supplement to your routine can help you gain muscle. Make sure you are eating enough calories.
