When it comes to boss management

Boss calling

When it comes to boss management, you have to know two things: That they do not do what they do on the one hand, just so. On the other hand, they may have more categories, so management can be complicated. But in every case it counts how you handle things.

Stay calm

First, you need the outside good testimony from the rest of your arbejdsmiljø. And if at any time you lose your temper you will look bad and your boss the good. That's why you need steel nerve and careful choice when you get things in your hands. If the atmosphere is anyway tense or you tired and anxious, all you can do is the deterioration of the situation. On the contrary, if you choose a breakfast that will be more calm and in a better mood, you will be able to better present your requests and not lose your right.

It’s all about the way you do it

When you ask something for your superior, you must give as little personal character as possible. Instead, you can cover that you claim in professional "packaging". Instead of telling what's bothering you and presenting it as a boss's mistake, start from a general discussion about what changes your company needs. Instead of using "I" in your speech, use "we". Instead of "you" use "company address". Good speech management will reduce your boss's personal resistances, and the least you will achieve is the start of the negotiations.

Writing way is the only way

The words as well as being able to handle them can quickly become "air". On the contrary, every form of written communication is official and is considered as evidence. Of course, you can not tell your boss 'I want this in writing'. But you can very easily close a conversation by offering an email with a description of your situation and suggestions so you can study it with ease. In any case, you have protected your backs and if something goes wrong you will have tangible evidence. Also, your supervisor is much more likely to pay attention when you see that you are willing to give an official dimension beyond the friendly chat.

Particularly

Discerning and preventing any friction in public space is very important. What you want to succeed is not the overthrow of your boss - something that is difficult anyway - but the solution to your problem. Discretion means two things. On the one hand, you are discussing nothing with anyone except your supervisor because you do not want to know them from third parties. On the other hand, when you ask for a hearing, it must be done in an enclosed space. If you openly challenge your supervisor's power, things will take a different turn from what you expect.

Don’t compare with the other bosses

Many people make the mistake of associating their boss and behavior with their work. When their relationships are not good, they stop to a certain extent offer jobs or reduce their engagement with company issues. But in the extreme scenario that things will come to the administration, you do not want to ask yourself if you are someone who is a good employee or someone who has been "hiding" lately. Keeping your work at high levels will give more weight to your arguments.

Claim it

If your requests are fair and if you have done the right actions so far but do not see the result, it's time to change your level. Always complying with the basic rules of the professional savoir vivre, contact your staff department or the person handling these issues. Make sure you get it right so you do not go to your office. Otherwise, you'll get the riot's badge.

Agree that you disagree

If your differences are related to your view of a project or the way a job needs to be done, try to explain to him that it is perfectly normal for two people to disagree and that you are willing to find a middle way that will satisfy and both. If the other side does not show any will to compromise, explain to your supervisor that you have all the good will to work with this person by making compromises - but not by retreating completely - while not.

Protect your reputation

To complain to everyone where you stand and where you are, has nothing to offer you except that you will end up in the office's "crap" and create miseries. Plus, if you're constantly involved in a number of similar situations, your manager may start blaming you for not dedicating an integral time to your job. Talk only with a trusted person if this helps you to get exhausted.

Staying silent in a degrading work environment is just as damaging as you to give up or break up whenever something goes wrong. Problems will be there as long as there are people, and no one will blame you for claiming better conditions. Just do it the right way!
