Former Oregon State star Matt Moore is expected to start at quarterback when the Miami Dolphins face the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football (5:25 p.m. PT/8:25 p.m. ET, KOIN-6, CBS, NFL Network).

Miami (4-2) starting quarterback Jay Cutler suffered cracked ribs after absorbing a hit in the third quarter of the Dolphins 31-28 win over the New York Jets in Week 7. With Cutler expected to sit out the game against the Ravens, Moore will be the starter. Moore started three games - winning two - when starter Ryan Tannehill went down with a knee injury during the 2016 season.

The Ravens (3-4) may be considering a quarterback change as well. Starter Joe Flacco isn't injured, but his performances during the Ravens poor play has many calling for coach John Harbaugh to make a change. The Ravens have lost two straight games and four of their last five because of an offense that can't produce points.
