The ore dressing equipments include ball mill , drying machine , rotary kiln , concentrator table , elevator, Construction Waste Crusher , grinder, jaw crusher , impact crusher , cone crusher , magnetic separator , dry-type magnetic separator, wet-type magnetic separator, flotation separator , classifier, spiral classifier, high frequency screen , high efficiency concentrator , spiral chute, disk grain making machine , energy-saving ball mill and so on. There are four beneficiation methods in beneficiation process: flotation separation, magnetic separation, electrostatic separation and gravity separation.

Flotation Separation: The flotation separation is a mineral separation which depends on the difference of physical and chemical properties of mineral surface. the useful mineral will selectively attach to the bubble by this process, to achieve the purpose of separation. The flotation separation is mainly used for the separation of non-ferrous metal ores and the separation of some ferrous metals, rare metals and some non-metallic ores.

Magnetic Separation: The magnetic separation is a mineral separation method which depends on the difference of mineral magnetism. In the magnetic field of magnetic separator, different minerals can suffer different acting force. Therefore, the magnetic separation is mainly used for the separation of ferrous metals and the separation of non-ferrous ores and rare metal ores.Electrostatic Separation: The electrostatic separation is a mineral separation method which depends on the difference of mineral conductivity. At present, this method is mainly used for the separation and selection of mixed crude concentrate.Gravity Separation: The gravity separation is a mineral separation method which depends on the relative density of mineral. The mineral particles with different densities can suffer different hydrodynamic force and mechanical force in the moving media, so the mineral particles with different densities can be separated.
