Here i will be yet again washing my dinner dishes, very few of those these days since it's BBQ season, but here it comes down - an excellent melody line pops into my head! Nothing earth shattering yet, but a flash of words, a melody line and extremely, a starting point. My active 'monkey' brain is kept busy with a few idle task and my fun creative brain is left to wander into dugouts, valleys and airy spaces.

Cleaning or any kind of basic repetitive motion will enable the creative brain to flow. Some new-agers will say this has something related to water, being the emotional earth sign, but alas.
