Diet

This is one of the biggest issues all over the world. Our body needs a healthy diet, but we stuff our bodies with junk foods which do more harm than good.

It is advisable not to eat junk food like burgers, chips, fried food etc. Oil is very harmful to our blood vessels it narrows the path of blood and causes diseases like blood pressure, heart attack. So please avoid as much as you can eating such foods.

Sleep

According to doctors, our body needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily. Those who do not take this sleep have less immunity in their bodies and get attacked by viruses quickly. Our body needs relaxation, so it is advisable not overburden your body if you want to live a healthy wealthy life.

Exercise

Exercise is also very important for our health. According to many experts, those who do exercise are more immune to diseases and the ratio of heart attacks and blood pressure is also very less in them.
