Division and strife are the shackles that have confined humanity crushing it from within.

In an attempt to reach the pinnacle of success, fame, and power, men and women are resorting to unfair means and the essence of humanity is fading away. With the intrusion of inhumane emotions like fear, jealousy, anger, etc., beyond control, humanity is going through a period of regression and stagnation.

Observing these concerns, few learned and educated people collaborated to make a union that reckons equality, love, relief, and truth as the pillars of humanity as a whole. These people called themselves, “Freemasons.”

The sense of equality and other beliefs is not limited to the members of the craft, Freemasons, but to the entire humanity. Freemasonry, the fraternity of men and women of all race, nationality, and religion communicates a message that says God has created human beings; every individual has inalienable rights to life, liberty, and happiness.

Beliefs and philosophy

Freemasons are people who believe that human beings are capable of reaching the full stage of enlightenment. This stage is also known as illumination. To accomplish this, the person needs to rise through the 33 degrees of Freemasonry. With each Masonic degree, the spiritual knowledge tends to grow. It uses symbols to communicate a message or meaning across.

Freemasons have faith in love among individuals and these people come under the sovereignty of the supreme creator. Freemasons do not associate themselves with other denominations of any religious system or so. Their teachings aim at channelizing the human power while encouraging philanthropy at the same time.

The essence of their beliefs

Freemasons have faith in the concept of dualism. The dualism that considers that the universe is made up of opposites; man and women, black and white, good and evil, yin and yang. The difference between the opposites is complimentary and gives rise to a world that thrives on diversity.
