Tomato and basil pita bruschetta

The flavour of tangy tomato with fresh basil along with the soft and fluffy pita bread, you can get them all in one single bite by preparing this great recipe. Ideal to munch on with some cocktails or mock tails, it will hardly take twenty to thirty minutes to make them. You can also make the tomato sauce way before the party starts.

Take a look at this Greek-inspired, ideal and light appetizer. So for this, cut the pita flatbreads width wise, in 4 equally sized pieces. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lay out the pitas on a cookies sheet and yes, don’t forget to brush each side of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and salt on top. Bake till they turn into a beautiful golden colour. Take them out and keep them separately.
