Sea buckthorn is a popular herb whose leaves, fruits, and flowers are heavily used in making medicine. Its flowers and leaves are beneficial in treating gastrointestinal ulcers, arthritis, skin rashes, and gout that are the effects of various infectious diseases like measles. Sea buckthorn leaves are also used in preparing tea that associated with antioxidants, vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and fatty acids in order to improve the blood pressure as well as lower the cholesterol level, control and prevent diseases related to blood vessel along with boost immunity.
