Charismatic Leadership

Transformational Leadership


The one who is a transformational leader never seeks to hide behind the back of others and tries to make a move. (S)he comes forward and directs the change that is occurring. Laissez-Faire Leadership


Under this, the leader does not keep a close watch on the employees working and thus cannot provide instant feedback, if required. In most of the cases, it is seen that the team delivers poor results, fails to meet deadline. And thus, this type of leaders are nowhere entertained. It might be possible that they get to maintain long-term association with a few organizations, but eventually, the chances of their survival are quite exiguous when considered in the long run.
