What is the Continuous Galvanized Steel coil ?

Galvanized Steel coil is short for Continuous Galvanized Steel coil which width between 0.25~2.5mm,The sheet is pre-heated by a flame,Burn the residue of the surface,create an Iron oxide film on the surface,And then into the reduction annealing furnace containing H2, N2 mixed gas heated to 710 ~ 920 ℃, the iron oxide film is reduced to sponge iron, the surface activation and purification of the strip cooled to slightly higher than the temperature of molten zinc, into the 450 ~ 460 ℃ zinc pot, the use of air knife control zinc layer surface thickness. Chromium solution was finally passivated to improve resistance to white rust.
