As we know kids only love to eat food which tastes them good or food which look good, as they don’t know the definition of good or bad, sometimes we try to teach them but it looks like it won’t work and they continue with food which we don’t want them to eat. So here is the new list of Plant Based Diet for Kids which we can offer to our kids for which they won’t say no, this you can make on your off day or day where you are free with your day to day activity.

Before we go ahead let me help you with easy plant based meals, the quick and yummy “Mock Tuna” salad out of chickpeas recipe and how to make:

Recipe:

1.       Vegan mayonnaise

2.       teaspoons spicy brown mustard

3.       tablespoon sweet pickle relish

4.       green onions, finely chopped

5.       Lemon Juice

6.       Seasoning

7.       (16 ounces) can chickpeas, mashed (garbanzo beans)

8.       salt and pepper (As per your taste)

How to make:

The process of making Salad is as simple as ingredients. First, you need a medium bowl, using a potato masher or other similar tool, mash chickpeas well until most are completely mashed. Then add all other ingredients and stir well to combine. Adjust seasoning as desired. Chill for 10-20 minutes before serving.
