First, Clean the Entire Surface

To clean the surface, you may use soap or rub the area with alcohol or clean the area with water.

Some locations where most of the decals are installed are bumper, windows, and the interior and the exterior surface to give a stunning look. Finally, Peel It & Position It Perfectly

Peel the paper backing off the sticker and make sure that you are not touching the decal. Finally place the decal precisely and smooth it out until it is placed properly. Just trim it and remove all the bubbles away from the vinyl car decals you have decided on. You may use a pin for the purpose as well.
