THE BEST OF FASHION WEEK ABROAD

The talented designer Maria Grazia Chiuri transported her audience at the Rodin Museum back to the 60s with her latest runway show that offered clothing that was both revolutionary and feminist. Models wore clothing emblazoned with posters, signs, newspaper graphics, and slogans to evoke the sentiment of that radical era.

Fendi presented a purely feminine, sexy, and slightly romantic collection. The brand found its inspiration in the "strong and powerful woman of today." and drew on dark, dramatic fall coats, trenches, and furs to make a statement.

Gucci shocked its audience with a unique show that included special and visual effects including a small dragon, lifelike heads, and kingsnake, which were held by models who walked the runway in Paris. The house's creative director Alessandro Michele sought to take the crowd to a surreal and mythological world with his clothing, and revealed that Frankenstein and Homer had inspired his latest collection.

Fashion met technology on the catwalk during Dolce & Gabbana's runway show, which opened with a flight of drones carrying the brand's luxury handbags. The models who followed wore rich gold embroidery, lace, feathers, animal and flower prints, and head jewelry from the latest collection from Dolce & Gabbana.
