Cholesterol is present in our blood and is a substance which is waxy by type. It is used by our body to generate cells, hormones and vitamin D. The creation of cholesterol in your body is carried out by the liver. It uses the fat in your body to create cholesterol. More the fat in your diet, more the cholesterol will be.

The level of LDL cholesterol should be less than 130 mg/dl. So what should we concerned about is how to reduce LDL cholesterol in our body.

How to reduce bad cholesterol in your body

Regular exercise.

Regular exercise reduces your weight and keeps a check on it. This results in the reduction in the level of LDL cholesterol and increase in the level of HDL cholesterol.

Healthy diet.

The easiest way to control your cholesterol level is to take the health-conscious diet. A proper diet should have a substantial amount of fruits, dry fruits, and green vegetables.
