Enjoy Easy Vegan Meals- Sprouted pulses salad

It is not necessarily that what is good in taste, is also good for our health. Often this happens, that the eating this does not taste good, but it is very rich with properties which very beneficial for our health. And sprouted pulses are one of them. But when you eat these sprouted pulses you will get lots of vitamins, minerals etc. It does not increase calorie intake in the body, and it can be added in plant based diet for kids. In this blog, we will look how to make a Sprouted pulses salad. Salad enhances the eating test and is also good for health. Salad of sprouted pulses is stronger than common salads.

Necessary ingredients

Chickpeas - 100 gm (one cup)

Black Eyed Peas - 100 gm (half cup)

Mung bean - 50 grams (one-quarter cup)

Coconut oil - a little spoon

Grains of roasted peanuts - 50 grams (one-quarter cup)

Cucumber - 1

Tomatoes - 1

Lemon juice - one teaspoon

Black Pepper - One fourth spoon

Salt - according to taste

Green - coriander (finely chopped) if you like

Recipe

Add sprouted chickpeas and black-eyed peas in a cooker and add salt and coconut oil and half a bowl water and boil till the whistle, stop the gas. Now remove half the steam made in the cooker so that sprouted chickpeas and black-eyed peas should not be cooked too much.

When the remaining steam left out of the cooker, open it and removes the granules in a separate vessel. If there is some water left then take it apart and use it as a soup. This water is very powerful.

Now add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, black pepper, peanut gram and lemon juice in these granules and mix them in the plate.

The salad is ready. If you wish, eat it with food or eat it in a pan. Children will love to eat this for sure.

You can add or remove anything else from your choice.

What this salad will do is help you to not eat more. And it will also help you to stay fit. Adding this to your easy vegan meals plan will help you to eat fresh and healthy.
