The unmarried UK Partner Visa allow partner to remain in or enter UK on basis that one is in relationship with someone settled in and present in the country.   • Availability of suitable accommodation for both of you and the dependants as well
  • Satisfy the requirements of English language

Sole Representative Visa Uk facilitates individual entry in UK for overseas company not present in UK. The visit purpose is to establish company in the country and build a reputation here. This might also be for registration of branch in UK. They cannot enter for any personal gain. Business should exist genuinely with active trading for more than one year.
