Tips for Effective Acne Treatment

3. Honey’s antibiotic properties can help improve acne. Making a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it for about 30 minutes will help reduce acne marks.

4. Mint can help improve pore-clogging oil. Creating a face pack with mint and other natural remedies can prove to be useful when used regularly.

5. Chamomile helps decrease inflammation from acne. The best way to use Chamomile is by combining content of a chamomile tea bag with enough water to form a paste, apply that to the affected area.

6. Aloe, also known for its burn relieving properties, can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring.

7. Lemons, yet another natural remedy to treat acne marks. It reduces the appearance of acne and scars and also prevents new pimples from popping up.

8. Apple Cider Vinegar contains malic and lactic acid which can exfoliate, reduce marks, and treat acne efficiently when used on a regular basis.

9. Other acne home remedies include acidic foods like citrus fruit juice, or vinegar can flush pores.

10. Omega-3 fatty acids are also an excellent acne treatment method. They have anti-inflammatory properties that can improve acne.
