Arsenal returned to winning ways as a result of Mesut Ozil's stunner against Newcastle.
The German fired home a first-half volley to secure on the Emirates.  Arsenal have been held by Southampton and West Ham immediately but the win puts them back to the FIFA Mobile Coins top four.  Arsene Wenger was unsurprisingly in the positive mood afterwards when he discussed the win and Ozil's future.  Here is everything he previously had to say, thanks to friends at Football.London.  Mesut Ozil celebrates scoring an objective for Arsenal.
Hard work inside end?  Well I would say that any of us had a good amount of chances that people didn't take. You could think that we wanted sometimes to force a small amount the decision and also the fact we didn't score recently the chances we'd maybe played somewhat on our mind. I would have loved it being a somewhat more comfortable about the score line. What was a lot more important was that we obtain the three points today understanding that’s whatever we did. Overall, there was a serious game and also you could see we played three games in six days as well as the third game can be a bit more difficult, physically.  Newcastle ideal aerial battles?  We knew prior to game it had been going being a game where we needed to become well organised on set pieces and so on long balls and around the counter-attacks but we have been an offensive team. We had plenty lots of chances, you already know. But as long because it’s 1-0 you realize there comes a moment from the game in which you aren't a threat and they use a chance. It is like that within the Premier League. You look around. Chelsea played in your own home against Southampton. They won 1-0. It is third game. We are the one team that played basically Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday. Granit Xhaka of Arsenal is shown a yellow card.
Quality of chances or finishing?  I would say it may be the finishing. The quality of chances is fairly good.  Jack Wilshere's performance  It’s positive. I believe he incorporates a basic stamina. Like the rest in the team he was obviously a bit less sharp compared to Wednesday night but overall that which was very positive is he did not weaken physically by any means and still had this presence and dribble forward motion and did a fantastic defensive job likewise. I must say it’s positive he'll produce two games of the quality in 72 hours. Let’s bear in mind that’s Wednesday night, Saturday afternoon, that's two and also a half days. That is hardest. Isaac Hayden tackles Alex Iwobi.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles - the near future?  I believe that they are the future. He can engage in right-back, left-back, central midfield, Ainsley. Of the 3 positions maybe the less natural for him is left-back but he adapts quickly and is a great defender, you recognize? He has that sense inside the one against one he's very strong. He can be quite quick. He has extremely swift recovery runs when he pops up. He has some aspects to know on his experience. He needs to work on his heading but overall what he's done over the very last three days is positive.  Ozil's goal  It’s superb. He can deliver it. It’s necessary for him that she takes the risk to perform what he did because usually he is often a guy who 99% on the time with this position he controls the ball and provides it to some other person. I’m happy that they took the gamble to end and happy also he scored a crucial goal. Ozil fires a volley at goal.
Do Arsenal need more goals from Ozil?  You would feel that today you're always quickly under pressure when you certainly are a football player when you will not score a few games. Everybody says ‘why does that happen?’ You look historically, it happens each and every year. The finishing is often a bit cyclical. Sometimes you score there or four. Sometimes, like today, we six or seven chances and scored merely one. It’s part of it and live by using it, I know individuals are not satisfied with it, it’s part on the game.  Ozil new contract  I am confident, yes. But what am i saying? I don’t know.  Rafael Benitez's act on Newcastle until now  I think yes, he does a superb job. Newcastle is just not one with the teams who's invested hugely once they went as much as compete in the top so I believe overall the c's look to become organised, mobile, have a fantastic spirit. The good of an manager is take the most effective out with the potential of his team. I believe Benitez does that well.
