Artificial turf is suitable for roof insulation

As the global climate changes, the temperature is soaring. In summer, it is even hotter. In particular, the weather in the south is too hot to stand. It is a torment for those who live on the top floor all year round. The high-temperature baking room looks like a steamer that the heat insulation effect is very poor. Now more people rely on the fan and the air conditioners to cool. Although it can achieve a certain cooling effect, it will not only cost a lot of money, but also has a certain impact on the environment. Therefore, many people make heat insulation for the roof. So how to insulate the roof? That is to install heat insulation material on the roof to achieve the thermal insulation effect, the conventional thermal insulation method is included as follows:

1、 Laying cement boards. The cooling effect is achieved by the absorption of heat by the cement board, but this insulation method has disadvantages, and the load-bearing problem of the roof, the one square weight of a cement board is up to 50-80kg, if it is calculated according to 100 square meters, the roof of the load-bearing capacity reaches 5000-8000kg. For many old houses, this is obviously unrealistic.

2、 Construction reservoir. This method uses water to maintain the indoor humidity to cool down, this approach can achieve a certain cooling effect. However, there is the same waterproof problem.

3、 Insulation materials. This method is a good way to avoid bearing and seepage problems, also be able to achieve thermal insulation. But the problem of high costs cannot be ignored. Currently, thermal insulation board material in China is still relatively expensive, and it also needs to be maintained. The maintenance cost in the later period is also a considerable cost.

Today we recommend a new type of insulation, using artificial grass as insulation.

The use of artificial lawn for roof insulation can perfectly avoid the problem of load bearing, water seepage and high cost. Artificial turf backing is perforated, and they can be drained quickly on rainy days. There is no accumulation of water or penetration into the room. As long as the house itself is impermeable, there is no problem at all. There is no need for post-maintenance and there is essentially no cost at the end. The installation is simple and you can buy it completely DIY. Not only does it have a thermal insulation effect, but it can also beautify the environment.
