The BMS Educational Institutions are managed by BMS Educational Trust [BMSET] headed by the Council of Trustees. chnical Education, Government of Karnataka (Ex-Officio).

BMS Law College Situated in the heart of the city. BMS College of Law was started in the academic year 1963-64 under the aegis of BMS Educational Trust. The Trust is named after Late Dharamaprakasha Rajakarya prasaktha B M Sreenivasaiah, whose philanthropy resulted in establishment of the first engineering college under private management in India. The college is affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) and is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

BMS College of Law Ranking is up to the mark, the college is highly reputed  law college in Karnataka and this college is one of the top Law colleges in Bangalore.

5 Year B.A, LL.B

3 Year LL.B

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to 5 year B.A., LL.B. :

An applicant who has successfully completed two year regular Pre-University course or Senior Secondary School Course ('+2') from a University/Institution recognized by the Central or State Government in India or any equivalent Institution from a foreign country, recognized by the Government of that country and also recognized in India.

Percentage

Minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination (General Merit)

 Minimum 40% marks in qualifying examination (SC& ST)

Age limit :

20 Years (General Merit)

22 Years ( SC&ST)

Eligibility Criteria for Admission to 3-Year LL.B. :

Candidate graduated in any discipline from an University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State Legislature or an equivalent National Institution recognized as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence may apply for three year degree course in law leading to the conferment of Degree in LL.B. upon successful completion of the regular programme conducted under these regulations.
