A calm place to come to, rather than a very busy place. A place where staff are friendly and help you to achieve the best that you can. We will design an Action Plan just for you

Groups which are small and friendly and where learning is fun and where you decide what you want to learn or try.

The chance to become more independent. Come along and join our Cooking and Living Skills sessions where you can learn and practice travel skills, money skills, working with others, and try out tasks which may help you become fitter and healthier.

A small service which can give you lots of support attention and help you try new things. There are not usually more than 8- 10 citizens in one group. 1-2-1 sessions are also available.

Open Wings works with individuals, communities and voluntary and private sector organisations so that we can provide and deliver the best possible learning activities to meet the individual needs of our citizens.

Using our local transition Sherwood gardening plot, we give the opportunity of working in a small outdoor environment.

We also volunteer in the local community centre garden.
