Installation of the Steel Metal Frame Swimming Pool

The steel metal frame swimming pool is composed of two parts:steel metal frame structure and PVC tarpaulin linning. There are three kinds of steel metal pipes to support the swimming pipes, namely U-shaped pipe, connecting pipe at the four conner and horizontal pipe.

Method/step
First transport the metal frame swimming pool to a predetermined installation position. The area of the water park should be flat and hardened. Then, follow the process of installation as follows:
Firstly, take the PVC tarpaulin linning out from the bag and spread it out
Put each steel pipe conponents to the place where it is connected to the pool cloth. When installing, first connect the U-shaped tube through the bottom of the pool cloth.
After the U-shaped tube is installed, install the horizontal tube on the top the PVC tarpaulin linning. Be careful of rough installation to avoid scratching the PVC tarpaulin. The docking hole on the horizontal tube are designed to be matched with reserved hole on the top of PVC tarpualin linning.
Then, the U-shaped tube should be connected to the horizontal pipe. So now, the metal frame swimming pool is basically installed. It has been changed from a “dump” to a “seat” on the ground.
Finally, connect four connecting pipes which are used at the four corners of the metal frame swimming pool and the horizontal pipes. Until now, we can say that the installation of metal frame swimming pool are finished.
Precautions
Do not try to cater to the position of certain parts by mechanical distortion to metal conponents.
