Tips and tricks for surviving an Ibiza clubbing holiday

Where to go

If it is your first time getting a vacation rental in Ibiza, then deciding where to stay can be a little overwhelming. If you are looking for nightlife, then the major resorts are the way to go, these include Ibiza Town, San Antonio, Playa den Bossa and Santa Eulalia, all of which are great bases for the city’s nightlife. These are where the main clubs are located. Pacha is in Ibiza Town, Es Paradis and Eden are located in San Antonio, Amnesia and Privilege are situated on the road between the two, and Sankeys and Ushuaia are in Playa d’en Bossa.

Avoiding the Queues

Most of the clubs open pretty late, with the doors opening around 24.00 and continuing well into the early hours, officially shutting at 6.30 in the morning. Usually there are massive queues to get into the clubs between 1.30 and 3.00, so if you want to avoid the queues it might be worth arriving a little earlier, plus it helps to have purchased your tickets in advance.

Getting around

One of the best things about the Ibiza clubbing scene is the Disco bus, the only bus that will get you from one side of the island to the other for just 3 euros. Busses run every half an hour in peak season, plus you will get a fair share of entertainment before you even get to the club. It is certainly your best way to get from your Ibiza villa rental to the nightlife.
