4. As if you do not remember the account password, just click on the radio button next to the option “I forgot my password”

5. Click on next button and enter the Microsoft account again along with captcha code before pressing the next button.

6. As you do the same, the new screen comes across in which you need to choose the option like email address or phone number to receive the verification code.

7. Click on the radio button next to any of the option and press next button

8. Enter code in the box and press next button

9. Now a screen appears where you need to enter the new password twice

10. Click on next button to reset Skype password successfully.

Steps to Retrieve Skype Password on Mobile Phone

Here are the steps to retrieve Skype password on mobile phone :

1. Unlock mobile phone device and tap on Skype app icon

2. As you do the same, a new slide appears in which you need to enter login ID
