Condense feature in QB facilitates removal of information before a cutoff date.  Sometimes, the condense ran due to certain reasons. To check to condense ran, go to Product Information screen by pressing F2. On right, in Condense Information section you can check whether a certain transaction is removed due to condense.

Step 4: Re-entering Missing Transaction

After trying all steps, if the required transaction is still missing, then you need to re-enter it again. Sometime re-entering works.
