To check to condense ran, go to Product Information screen by pressing F2. On right, in Condense Information section you can check whether a certain transaction is removed due to condense.

Step 4: Re-entering Missing Transaction

After trying all steps, if the required transaction is still missing, then you need to re-enter it again. Sometime re-entering works.
