Mouth & Muscle is a team of people dedicated to preparing your body for the fight, whatever that may be. Whether you are training for a marathon, or a million dollar negotiation - we have the fuel and the plan to get you there.

Mouth & Muscle offers a prepared meal service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Every Tuesday we will release a new menu of local, seasonal foods developed from local produce and meats. You place your order by Thursday evening, and your meals can be picked up at our facility or delivered on Monday morning.

Whether you are looking for an individually tailored fitness & meal plan, or need help cleaning out your kitchen, we offer a wide variety of culinary and fitness services developed for each person.
