End-to-end encryption (E2EE) is a system of communication where only the communicating users can read the messages. It prevents potential eavesdroppers – including telecom providers, Internet providers, and even the provider of the communication service – from being able to access the cryptographic keys needed to decrypt the conversation. All kinds of messages transferred though CoverMe, including text, photos, videos and other files, are highly encrypted. Except for encryption, it also allows self-destruct messages. The messages will be delete automatically from both devices after a set amount of time when being read.

CoverMe has strong access control. It is locked with passwords or fingerprint. What’s more, you can create decoy passwords for CoverMe. When others enter the decoy password to access CoverMe, they won’t see any of your private information. Most importantly, it can be disguised as another app. The app name and icon will both be changed. Prying eyes won’t notice that it is actual a messaging app. Even if they open the app, what they will see is just the mask app. Your messages are safe by yourself.
