2. Berry and Yogurt smoothie: This berry and yogurt smoothie will give you that great kick start to your day! Make sure that you use unsweetened yogurt because processes sugar right in the morning is not a big yes. Blend all the berries of your choice and yogurt together along with some coconut oil (can’t miss out on the essential fats) and coconut water for some added minerals and you are good to go!

3. Savoury Oatmeal: All you have to do is make your plain old oatmeal with milk or water, whatever you prefer and then sprinkle some salt and sugar to balance out the taste. Top it up with a poached egg and that is a complete breakfast.

4. Quinoa and chia porridge: Cook Quinoa in any milk of your choice by adding some sweet spices and fruits which will make a great substitute for your classic hot breakfast cereal. Plus this breakfast is also high in protein which is essential for tissue repair. Top it with some nuts and some fruits and you are good to go!
