A Detailed Description Of The Defect

In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your order for any damage immediately upon receipt. Should the product have a defect, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no charge. To receive replacement products under this 1-Year Limited Warranty, simply email us and we will contact you to set up the delivery of the replacement product. Please have the Hitch Starz® item number, product description, Our order number, your purchase order number (if applicable) and a detailed description of the defect.

Please note if the problem was damage from shipping, a shipping claim will need to be filed with the Carrier/Shipper; not with HitchStarz.com.

All Hitch Starz® products are warrantied to the original consumer at the time of purchase and for a period of 1-Year Limited Warranty. Proof-of-purchase, is required for all purchases; in order to process a warranty.

Hitch Starz® LLC warrants that Our products are free of defects in material or workmanship. Defects as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection(s) that impair the use of our products and any gross cosmetic damage, which is not inherent to the natural manufacturing of Our products.

Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of the exact same product which was purchased and may not be substituted for any other product. Hitch Starz® LLC will replace any product that is defective in material or workmanship; as deemed defective by Our Quality Control Department.

This warranty only applies under conditions of normal use. Our products are not intended for impact or structural stresses. The warranty does not cover: 1) Breakage due to impact, structural stresses; 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse or abuse; 3) damage caused by automatic car washes; 4) cosmetic imperfections inherent to the natural manufacturing of Our products; 4) labor or assembly costs.
