• Copy the new default password and go to ‘Self Care Section' link and then log in from there with your new password to subscribe with ‘Subscriber Self Care.' Now you can readily change to your new password.

Resetting Password For The Second Time

But what if you have changed your password but somehow forgotten the new password too? Here is the method that you need to follow if you forgot even the new password again:

• Again log into Password reset tool by typing pt.rr.com from your browser. You can save the address of the password reset tool as your bookmark.
• Again click on the option ‘I don’t know my email password.’
• Enter your road runner email address.
• Again generate the captcha code like the earlier mentioned step and enter it.
• Click on the Submit option. Now, do you remember, you had set a security question earlier? That security verification Question will be displayed again.
• In the Answer box and write the answer to the security question.
• After answering it, you will see an option called ‘Reset Password.' The random default eight digit password will appear.
• Copy the password and use this to access your email.
• Or again you can go to the Self-care option and change the password according to your suitability.
