1.Unbiased Recruitment

 Recruitment refers to the overall process of attracting,shortlisting,selecting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs (either temporary or permanent). It is first step to grow your organisation. Then you won’t take risk with the first step.

2.Employee Engagement

    Engaging an employee in a fruitful task is a critical part of being an HRM. Before doing this you must resonate with your colleagues and employee.

Employee survey: This involves targeting an employee which doesn’t seems to be a fruitful for your organisation and you will get to know more about your employee whether they are happy with company’s culture or environment .

Conducting Activities: With the help core team you should conduct activities and engage everyone in that activity. This would help your company to grow at faster rate as your employee know each other in better way.

Incentives:This can be financial and non-financial which include rewards and recognition. This would give employee an aim to work toward and would benefit your company to succeed.

3.Maintaining Image of organisation in market

     When you are working in a certain company your work pay to its reputation. Being in team of HRM you must be really strong maintaining corporate image which will help you to attract growing talents. You must suggest your company to update with latest technology.

4.Tracking with better management system

     Manually tracking is a very tedious and less reliable task so you must have better tracking management system. You must be updated with HRMS(Human Resource Management System).

Try to invest for some better management system and come up with new ideas.

5.Making a career development plan

     An employee is a builder of an organisation.So its a duty of HRM to come up with new and better advancement plan for their staff.This would not only help organisation but it would help in building a good future for their employee.
