  • Nuts - We already know that nuts are always suggested to keep us healthy hut do we know the reason why? Because nuts have magnesium and polyunsaturated fats that are good for our health and heart. If you feel you’re hungry most of the time then grab some nuts as it will fill your stomach for sometime and won’t harm your health in return.
