The Indianapolis Colts and Seattle Seahawks meet on Thursday in the NFL's pre-season action at CenturyLink Field.

The Indianapolis Colts have had frustrating years recently, but a lot can happen if quarterback Andrew Luck is finally healthy. Luck has suffered from a shoulder injury for an eternity, but he says he feels better than previous attempts to return and the coaching staff expects him to play in the first match of the pre-season. The chance to play to his potential makes the Colts a much more competent team. The next step for the Colts is to develop an offensive line that will feature three new starters at Quenton Nelson, Braden Smith and Austin Howard. Defensively, defensive end Tyquan Lewis and linebacker Kemoko Turay have a chance to win serious games in the regular season.
The Indianapolis Colts are far from the perfect team, but a healthy quarterback will greatly contribute to a playoff spurt in South AFC. The Seattle Seahawks look very different from the past years because LOB is no longer LOB with Kam Chancellor and Richard Sherman. There are still some familiar names on this Seahawks defense, but it's less scary and the chemistry will not be the same. In pre-season, I will keep an eye on the UCF rookie, Shaquem Griffin, who plays his tail despite the lack of hand. Offensively, rookie freshman rookie, Rashaad Penny, has a chance to land a job and Alex McGough hopes he'll be able to be part of the back as a backup quarterback behind Russell Wilson.

But you will remember that this game takes place in the one of the most difficult places to play and the Seahawks always have these young athletic defenders eager to make a place for themselves and keep the line straight. This year more than ever, there will be free time for the Seahawks with so many moving parts.
