ITINERARY:

First day: Arrive in Cusco City transfer to your hotel and this evening city tour.

Second day: Sacred Valley tour and hotel Machupicchu town (aguas calientes)

Third day: Tour Machupicchu – Cusco

Fourth day: Maras, Moray and Chinchero

Fifth day: Southern valley (Tipon, Pikillacta and Andahuaylillas)

Sixth day: Transfer to the airport in Cusco return to Lima

DESCRIPTION OF THE PACKAGE

First Day: Arrival in the city of Cusco and transfer to your hotel

In the afternoon 1:30 pm meet our expert Cusco guide to tour the city’s must-see attractions. Stops include the Cusco Cathedral in the main square , the fabulous Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha, the majestic ceremonial place of Sacsayhuaman overlooking the city, as well as the ruins of Q’enko, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay nearby also during our tour we will visit some craft centers where we will observe vicuña alpaca weaves etc. jewelry and others we will finally return to the hotel in cusco .

Second day: sacred valley of the incas and hotel in aguas calientes

It is a Full day excursion to the beautiful the Sacred Valley of the Incas, situated between Pisac and Ollantaytambo. home to several royal estates of Incan emperors. First, you will visit the town of Pisac, famous for its bustling indigenous market and for the beautiful Incan ruins on the hillside overlooking the city . we will Visit the inka ruins of Pisac and the indigenous market. Following your visit to Pisac, you will stop for lunch (optional USD) at a buffet restaurant offering a variety of Peruvian and international food in Urubamba city , named after the sacred river that flows through the valley, on its way to Machu Picchu and eventually the Amazon jungle. Next you will visit the spectacular inca fortress of Ollantaytambo .finally we will go to the train station to board the train to machupicchu town ( aguascalientes we’ll travel approximately 2 hours, where we’ll spend the night in a hotel in machupicchu town ( aguascalientes ) and you will be taken to your comfortable hotel

Third day: tour machupicchu – hotel in ollantaytambo

we will wake up very early and after breakfast we’ll board the bus and we will travel 25 minutes getting to the inca citadel of Machu Picchu and enjoy the majestic sunrise. We will have a guided tour of more than 2 hours to know the most important places of Machu Picchu, finishing the tour you’ll have free time (optional climb to Huayna Picchu mountain , cost USD).

In the afternoon, we will take the bus down to aguas calientes for lunch and board the train back to Olantaytambo town , Hotel night in ollantaytambo

Fourth day : maras , moray and chinchero

We leave the town of ollantaytambo in our tourist transport and go to the archeological ruins of MORAY (Inca laboratory) for a guided visit of 40 min. Next, we head towards the ancient colonial Inca village of MARAS. Then we go to the salt mines of MARAS. Since pre-Inca times, salt has been obtained in Maras by evaporating salty water from a local subterranean stream with More than 3000 salt water pools that are still in operation since the pre-Inca times are located here. We will have a guided tour of 40 minutes and we will visit chinchero The small inca village return to the hotel in cusco .

Fifth day :SOUTH VALLEY(Tipon, Pikillacta and Andahuaylillas)

This tour combines beautiful natural landscapes, lagoons, Inca architecture in TIPON (ceremonial center dedicated to water), pre-Inca wari architecture in PIKILLACTA and the town of Andahuaylillas, with its impressive chapel known as the “Sistine Chapel of America.”

Departure from the city of Cusco heading to a ceremonial place dedicated to water in TIPON. We will have a guided tour of 40 min. Afterwards, we go to the largest pre-Inca village of PIKILLACTA and enjoy a guided visit of 40 min. Then we go to the village of Andahuaylillas and visit its impressive Catholic temple known as the “Sistine Chapel of America” before returning to Cusco.

Sixth day : breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport in cusco return to lima. End of the services.
