Tonaki Tinnitus Protocol

Do you really have tinnitus? Tonaki Tinnitus Protocol is a condition generally known as perception of phantom noise. Only you can hear the noise. There is no outside or external source. If you entered a room and suddenly your ears ring, check if it comes from a stereo or any other equipment. Electronic hum or feedback noise from sound equipment may be mistaken as tinnitus.

Check if you have hearing loss. You cannot do this alone, certainly! Get a doctor's appointment, possibly with one that specializes in hearing disorders-an audiologist. Many people with ringing in the ears also suffer from some form of hearing impairment. If this is the case, then you will have to address first the more important condition-hearing loss. Hearing aids can keep tinnitus down by amplifying incoming sound, thus, creating a masking effect on your tinnitus.

Opt for a tinnitus masker. Wearing tinnitus masking devices is one of the simplest tinnitus sound treatments available. What is a masker? It is a device that emits a stream of background noise. This background noise is more appropriately called white noise. Sometimes, pink noise (with louder low frequency sound) is used. What does it do? It drowns the perceived noise inside your head.
