How Do I Get To The Sydney Shop?

Posted by Smooth Australia on August 30th, 2018

How long is this maddening Light Rail going to take?  It is so confusing and frankly unpleasant trying to get through the obstacle course which used to be known as George St.

We have had a number of clients who prefer to come to our Melbourne shop rather than fight it out getting down to the Rocks.  So we thought you Sydneysiders could at least do with a heads up on the best ways to get there.

TRAIN: if you are up for it, the train is the simplest journey.  Head to Circular Quay station and Smooth is a 5 minute walk at a leisurely pace.

BUS:  check this link to find out more about which buses get you there

FERRY: The most glorious way to get to the Quay.

CAR:  See the map below which shows Hickson rd as a great way in- turn into Arygle Street and there is a lot of street parking available.  From there you stroll down to George Street and try not to stop at the French Patisserie.  If you prefer a parking station there is one in Harrington Street.
