Have you ever thought of how important are air filters for your home? It is most important to clear your air filters at least twice a year. If you are someone who has more than an average usage of the air conditioning system, you might need to clean the filters more than twice a year. There might arise situations where you might even need to change the air filters monthly. Most of the disposable air filters work mainly on the leading surface of the filter. There are some particulates that pass through the first few millimeters of the spun filter material. This reduces the surface area left for clean air to pass through. After day and night use of your HVAC, the filters become clogged. Save the life of your AC and make it more efficient to cost you less to run. 2. Faulty Thermostat Check if the thermostat of your HVAC is working properly or not. Turn ON the thermostat and adjust the temperature and thereby turning ON the HVAC. If it fails even then, you need to check the circuit breaker and see whether or not the switch is functioning properly. If it trips, turn it ON back.
